The larger room can also be shared by 2 people by arrangement.

The apartments feature a shared bathroom and a kitchen, which is shared with up to two other people. A cozy dining area is also available. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine is available in the designated laundry room on the ground floor. The all-inclusive rent for the larger room is €550 and for the smaller room is €420.

The apartment has quick access to the highway, offering you flexibility and convenience in your daily commute or during outings. There are also good connections to public transportation and nearby shopping facilities.

Kirrlach belongs to the larger district town of Waghäusel, which currently has around 20,000 residents. Kirrlach borders directly on the neighboring communities of St. Leon-Rot and Reilingen in the Rhein-Neckar district, as well as Kronau and Hambrücken in the Karlsruhe district. It is connected by several country roads to the surrounding areas and is just a short drive from the A5 motorway at Kronau.
