We, as techcentive GmbH, are a young, modern IT company that will be moving from Duderstadt to Göttingen next year.
There are two possible scenarios for the space available for rent:
1. We will rent out the offices in half of the space individually, creating a place for young companies, startups, freelancers, brokers, agencies, or individuals who want to leave the home office and desire one or more single/double offices. To complement this, there will be a communal meeting room, shared area, internet connection, and additional amenities.
2. One half will be rented entirely to a single company.
