Sorgenlos is a district of Peenehagen, in the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The municipality is administered by the Amt Seenlandschaft Waren, based in the town of Waren (Müritz). Sorgenlos is located in the wooded area north of the town of Waren and west of the Torgelower See.

The district covers an area of almost five thousand square kilometers and provides a home for more than 258,000 people. The Mecklenburg Lake District is known for its picturesque landscape with numerous lakes, forests, and historic villages. The Waren (Müritz) train station is located on the Neustrelitz–Rostock railway line (Regional Express line RE5). Since 2019, an Intercity line running every two hours connects Warnemünde and Rostock via Waren with Berlin and Dresden.
