The building is QNG certified and meets the highest ecological and energy standards. Each apartment has its own photovoltaic system with 4.5 kWpeak and its own photovoltaic storage. This reduces our electricity consumption by around 65%. Water-saving fittings cut water usage by approximately 50%. Thanks to showers with heat recovery, we also use 65% less energy for heating water. As a result, the ancillary costs are at an amazingly low level.

You should know that we do not assign apartments based on order. Instead, we are looking for people who want to practice communal living and are eager for exchange. Get to know us, and you’ll quickly see that we’ll have a lot of fun together.

Nevertheless, everyone has their own private retreat in their apartment. We are NOT a shared flat... grins.

The living project is situated at the highest point in Waldems Bermbach and is unobstructed. You can reach Idstein and the A3 in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg is reached in 10 minutes. It takes 25 minutes to get to Limburg, and Wiesbaden is within a half-hour drive. In the town, there is a kindergarten, and just 3 minutes away in Heftrich, there is the elementary school. The town also has a farm shop and, in Esch, a Nettomarkt. In Idstein, you’ll find everything—from Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, and Rewe to a beautiful downtown, even a hospital and a university. Buses run every half hour, and there is also a bus connection to Königstein every hour.

The true highlight is the photovoltaic system, which every tenant gets to use free of charge. With the help of the self-produced electricity, you save about 65% on your electricity costs.
