The residential building consists of three floors and is fully let except for the apartment on the first floor. In the building and on the property, besides the basement, there are various rooms available to all tenants, which can be used free of charge as storage space.

There is also a large ground floor room belonging to the building that is very well suited for drying laundry.

In 2024, the heating system was modernized and a new efficient boiler was installed.

The large, well-maintained garden can be used by all tenants for recreation.

The residential building is located in Leubsdorf, district Schellenberg, near the municipal administration. The charming location on the northern edge of the Ore Mountains offers opportunities for relaxation, recreation, leisure activities, sightseeing, cultural facilities, restaurants, and much more. Particularly noteworthy is the immediate vicinity to Augustusburg.

Within a few minutes by car, one can reach Chemnitz, Zschopau, or Freiberg, as well as the A4 motorway. The area is also very well connected to public transportation.

The apartment has a comfortable layout with spacious rooms. It features a large living room, a spacious kitchen with an adjacent dining room, and three bedrooms. Additionally, the apartment includes a bathroom with daylight and a bathtub, a storage room, and two corridors.

The apartment has two entrances (see floor plan). Tenants can also use an additional storage room outside the apartment, a ground compartment, and a basement compartment.

The apartment is ready for immediate occupation, but it still needs some renovations. Prospective tenants are welcome to contribute their ideas for the design or to renovate the apartment according to their own preferences.

An fitted kitchen can be installed upon request.

If desired, a garage on the property can also be rented.
