As already described, the shared apartment has a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washing machine in the bathroom.

The available shared apartment room is partially furnished, with a bed (2 m x 1.4 m, without a mattress for hygienic reasons), wardrobe (1 m x 2.02 m x 60 cm), table, 2 chairs, and a shelf. The kitchen has tiled floors, the hallway has hardwood, and Room 4 has laminate flooring.

Very low additional costs due to an excellent energy certificate thanks to district heating.

Internet, GEMA, electricity, and waste disposal are billed centrally by one of the tenants and are not yet included in the additional costs mentioned here.
