You live in a beautiful, bright apartment with two terraces. Currently, the apartment is used as a 2 1/2-room apartment. If desired, a wall can be added free of charge between the current living and dining areas before your move-in date, creating a 3 1/2-room apartment. Access doors are available from the hallway.

You live on the ground floor in a quiet area with a beautiful view over the entire Alb region. From the bright 37 m² living room, you have access to the two terraces and the 1,000 m² garden. In addition, the apartment features a bedroom (13 m²) and a spacious hallway (16 m²). The apartment was comprehensively modernized in 2022. A new bathroom with a shower was installed, and both the heating system and the radiators were completely renewed. The windows were also replaced, and high-speed internet is available (Vodafone and Telekom).

The apartment is located in a three-family house where very nice, quiet, working tenants live. Shared use of the garden is possible by arrangement in exchange for some help in the garden.
