The bright and quiet 2.5-room apartment is located on the first floor of a three-unit building on the old Moniberg in Landshut. The 2.5 rooms are divided into a living room, a bedroom, a living kitchen, and a small room that can be used as an office or walk-in wardrobe. Along the entire south-western side of the living area runs a balcony, which has received a new, low-maintenance surface and offers a splendid view over the Hagrainer valley. The floors (approximately 45 sqm) in the living areas have been newly laid with low-maintenance vinyl. The kitchen is separate from the living areas and is spacious enough to be used as an eat-in kitchen.

An oversized parking spot, which you can reach without getting wet, is located in the double garage, where there is also room for two bicycles as well as the recycling bins for waste separation. An outdoor parking space for an additional car is located in front of the garage.

In the €230 additional costs, electricity is included. Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays and on all Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, discounted night electricity is available.

The apartment can be occupied by arrangement. I am interested in a long-term rental and will conclude the contract for at least 3 years. The keeping of dogs and cats is not desired.
