Four holiday semi-detached houses are located in immediate proximity to the beach (200–250 m) in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. Each semi-detached house offers a total living area of approximately 120 m², ideally divided into two equally sized, uniform residential units. A unique location in the district of Spitze awaits you. The houses are solidly built and are in a condition corresponding to their construction period.

Each half of the semi-detached house has its own entrance on the ground floor. From the entrance hall, you can access a shower room with a toilet and a living/dining room with a kitchenette. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. From the small hallway, two bedrooms and a guest toilet with a sink are accessible.

From the living room, you can reach the private terrace, which adjoins a communal lawn area.

The four semi-detached houses are located at the end of two cul-de-sacs in the district of Spitze, all situated on one plot. A double garage is positioned between the respective semi-detached houses, behind which is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer that is shared by four halves of the semi-detached houses.

This room also houses the modern heating boiler, which is operated using liquid gas. An on-site 4,000-liter tank is installed on the property.

The eight halves of the semi-detached houses are fully furnished and equipped. Fiber optic connections (TNG) are available.

The holiday home complex is privately offered, and we aim to sell it as a complete package (not individually). Each semi-detached house has its own land register entry.
