We acquired the house with its attached garage and the adjacent hall in 2015 and lovingly renovated it over many years. It was especially important to us to restore the original character.

The following aspects have been completely renovated or largely renewed:

– Roof completely re-covered

– Roof structure repaired and reinforced

– The attic insulation was historically executed with clay and hemp-jute
