Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. In total, 780 m² can be rented. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At the highest point, the hall is approximately 10.80 m high, and at the lowest point about 4 m (see pictures). Thus, the hall has a volume of just under 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (price negotiable) is determined accordingly (from €10 per m² of floor space). The high-rack system can be individually designed for the customer, so that even higher or lower rack positions can be created. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces but are focused on renting larger areas.

Availability would be from September 2025.

The warehouse is at ground level and is therefore barrier-free accessible. It can be accessed from both sides by truck/car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is even possible to drive directly into and/or through the hall.

The hall is located in the commercial area of Wandlitz OT Basdorf on a quiet one-way street. The highways A11 and A10 can be reached in 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity as well as a high-voltage connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.

The premises on which the warehouse is located are under video surveillance and secured with a steel gate.
