The residential park consists of several apartment buildings surrounded by generous green areas, well-kept paths, and a pleasantly quiet atmosphere—ideal for people who value a harmonious, secure, and well-organized living environment.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (attic) of an apartment building and offers approximately 86 m² of living space, providing plenty of room for comfortable living for students. The room features a sunny balcony with a nice view of the landscaped complex. Heating is provided by a gas central heating system.
A communal bicycle cellar is available for the residents. A parking space can be rented separately if needed. Although the building is not barrier-free, it impresses with its quiet location within the charming residential park.

Note: A comprehensive modernization of the residential park is planned for the next two to three years. Quiet residential park in Mahlow, green suburban location with direct access to all amenities. Just a 10–15 minute walk or 5 minutes by bicycle to the S-Bahn Blankenfelde (S2) with a connection via Südkreuz to Berlin Hbf. Bus lines 704, 794, and 797 stop near the residential complex and run regularly to the train station. Excellent road links are provided via the B96 and the Berliner Ring.
Directly in the residential park there is the Kiosk LiMa, which is also open on Sundays. Nearby, several shopping options are available: REWE, Kaufland, bakeries, drugstores, and a gym. Additionally, at the train station of the residential park, there are various restaurants, cafés, and small service providers.
In the adjoining Blankenfelde-Mahlow commercial park, you will find more shops (Kaufland, JYSK, Bauhaus), snack bars, restaurants, and services—reachable by bicycle in about 5–7 minutes. HU, FU, TU, and TH Wildau are conveniently connected by public transport.
The room is rented fully furnished and offers comprehensive equipment, suitable for both long-term and temporary rental agreements. In each room there is a bed measuring 90 x 200 cm, a bedside table with a matching lamp, a table or desk, an office chair, an additional chair, a TV stand with a television (HDTV), as well as a wardrobe.
Additionally, a communal ironing board with an iron used by the shared apartment is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything needed for daily use in a shared apartment. It includes a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, an egg boiler, as well as extensive kitchen utensils such as cutlery, glasses, plates, cups, and various cooking tools.
In the bathroom, which features a full bathtub with a shower function, there is a mirrored cabinet and a shelf. A washing machine is available, and a dryer is possibly available as well; this is currently being checked.
The apartment has an Internet connection with a speed of 250 MBit, which is already active. Electricity costs are included in the rent. An open-ended rental is generally possible, but a fixed-term rental can also be arranged if desired.
Upon request, the tenant can take over bedding, pillows, and blankets for a small additional fee. These items are not reused for hygiene reasons and can therefore be kept. If this equipment is not needed, the corresponding items can be removed before move-in.
