We are selling our beautiful 3-room pre-war apartment in Cuxhaven. The apartment has a balcony on the street side with a view of the dyke and a balcony at the back facing the garden side. The latter was completely renovated in 2024.

Here, during high water, you can swim within a time window of 3-4 hours (access via permanently installed steps into the water). There is also a free buoy beach with DLRG supervision in the bay. The sandy beach and harbor can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The spa garden and the Pilots’ Quarter are also within easy walking distance.

In the immediate vicinity, there are bakeries, a pharmacy, restaurants and other shopping options, as well as the "Emmastraße" bus stop. For example, line 1006/1007 runs from here to the train station, downtown, or even to Döse or Dunen to the sandy beach.
