As the direct owner, I am offering a bright 2+kk apartment for rent, measuring 46 m², located on Hartigova Street, just a few steps from the Vozovna Žižkov tram stop.
The building has undergone a complete renovation – it features a new, insulated facade and plastic windows. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (which is the 2nd story) and has also been fully renovated: new floors, a modern bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with built-in appliances.
Thanks to an internal insulation layer, the apartment maintains a pleasant temperature even without additional heating. Each room is equipped with ceiling-mounted infrared panels that have a thermostat and a separate air conditioning unit. The windows effectively dampen the surrounding noise and are fitted with external shutters. A boiler ensures the water heating.
There are two spacious closets (one in the hallway and one in the bedroom) offering ample storage space. If desired, the apartment can be furnished with a bed and a dining table with chairs.
