In 10 minutes by bicycle, you are at the train station.

The windows feature electric shutters and the highest-quality thermal-insulated glazing.
The terrace can be shaded with an awning or even fitted with a roof (optional).
In other words, ideally, I would like to live there myself—but unfortunately, construction companies are not allowed to settle in residential areas.
This brings me to the final point: I am the owner, designer, investor, contractor, and even my own real estate agent.
Of course, you will receive the full warranty from both me and my suppliers, ensuring that everything remains in perfect order.
