The house is literally just a few steps away from the Černošice train station (a one-minute walk). The area offers complete civic amenities: a grocery store (Albert), an administrative office, a pharmacy, a restaurant, etc.
The rent is 15,000 CZK plus utilities (approximately 2–3 thousand CZK per month, depending on the number of occupants). The apartment is ideal for an individual or a couple. Two families with small children live in the building, so we are looking for tenants who will fit into the calm and harmonious atmosphere of the house 🏡
