We offer several plots for purchase in an attractive and quiet location on the outskirts of the Dresden region and Saxon Switzerland.

Within the approved B-plan area, 36 parcels will be developed with different plot sizes ranging from approximately 415 to 870 m² (Development Area 1). The plots are sold without commission and without a property developer, with a purchase price of approximately 240 to 260 €/m². This price includes both the cost of the plot and the development expenses.

The plots are fully serviced and include utilities: drinking water, electricity, telecommunications via a fiber-optic connection, rainwater drainage, and a sewage pressure line for treated wastewater (with treatment provided by a biological small-scale sewage plant) located on the property.

The development work has already been completed.

Wilschdorf is a district of the municipality of Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach and has approximately 700 residents.

Wilschdorf is located in close proximity to the B6, offering optimal connections toward Dresden (about 10 minutes; the city center/airport are approximately 30 minutes), Bischofswerda, Radeberg, Pirna (each about 15 minutes) and the Saxon Switzerland National Park.

From Wilschdorf, bus lines 261 (Dresden – Sebnitz) and 233 (Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach) can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Train connections are available from Dürrröhrsdorf and Helmsdorf in the directions of Pirna and Neustadt. Additionally, a train connection is available in Arnsdorf in the directions of Bautzen/Görlitz, Dresden, and Zittau.

In the town, there is a daycare center, and the primary school is located in Dürrröhrsdorf, about a 5-minute drive away. Secondary schools are available in the nearby towns of Stolpen, Weißig, and Pirna.

All necessary daily shopping facilities are available within the municipality. For example, the butcher Gelbrich can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

Medical care is provided within the municipality, and in the broader area there are fitness studios, museums, hardware stores, cinemas, restaurants, and everything else one might need.

The nearest restaurant with a beer garden can be reached on foot in just 15 minutes through an adjacent woodland area, which is also ideal for a leisurely stroll.

In Wilschdorf and the municipality of Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach, a variety of clubs offer an attractive range of leisure activities. Among these are the volunteer fire brigade, the motorcycle club, the riding and driving association, and the local heritage club.
