Flat to rent 3+1 • 95 m² without real estate, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

We are looking for a new tenant for our 95 m² apartment located in the center of Waren.

The apartment is very generously laid out with 95m², featuring a living kitchen equipped with an electric stove and dishwasher. The refrigerator belongs to the current tenant and can be taken over. The living room, at approximately 29m², is very spacious and has access to a terrace of about 40m². The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, and washing machine connection, and at about 10m² it is nicely sized. The 16m² bedroom is also a good size, enough to fit a large wardrobe, bed, and dresser. A slightly smaller room of 10m² is ideal for use as an office or children’s room.

The apartment has no cellar, but there is a nice storage room of around 6.6m² and a covered bicycle storage area in the courtyard that is accessible only to residents.

The hallway welcomes you with about 10m².

The apartment is located on Langen Strasse.

Cars can be conveniently parked with a resident parking permit for €35 per year.

Please note: The exact date for handing over the apartment is not yet known; however, it will be in 2026. It depends on when we can move into our new apartment (outside of Waren).

We would like to agree personally on a fee for the refrigerator (3 years old), white lacquered bathroom furniture, self-laid laminate in one room, and terrace tiles (laid 2 months ago).

We might also have to part with our black genuine leather landscape sofa because it will be too large for the new apartment, but that can be discussed if of interest.

Please bring the necessary documents, such as your last three payslips and a credit report (Schufa).

There are only 2 rental units left in the building.

The entire apartment is in very well-maintained condition—move in and feel at home.

It is ideal for 1, 2, or 3 people.

Our landlord has the energy certificate, but the apartment is very well insulated. No pets are allowed (dogs, cats, etc.).

P.S. PLEASE include some information about yourself, how many people will be moving in, what your net income is, whether you are willing to pay a fee for the items listed, and if you are flexible regarding the move-in date.

In the end, the landlord will have the final word, but it is good to recommend a reliable tenant.

They are truly wonderful and fair landlords—you can see that in the rental price.

So please do not just write, "When can I see the apartment?" as such inquiries will not be answered.
