The room features a window with a good view, three power outlets, and a ceiling light, and offers space for a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and possibly other small pieces of furniture.

The room is currently unfurnished. The bed shown in the photos can be removed immediately upon move-in.

The apartment is located near the train station and right next to two supermarkets, a fitness studio, and a shopping center. In the immediate vicinity there are shops catering to daily needs (supermarket, bank, pharmacy, snack bar, bakery, etc.). The apartment enjoys a good view of Langen and is generally barrier-free (with the exception of the door widths/shower or WC). The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.

This is a newly formed flatshare, so flatshare life is yet to develop. There is a general interest in occasionally cooking together or engaging in other activities (leisure, cycling, etc.).

The room has been completely renovated, including the windows. The use of approximately 28 m² of the apartment (shared common areas for two, including the hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and guest WC) is part of the arrangement. The use of the existing internet connection is also provided, and the provider plans to expand the fiber network.
