4.5 km from the city centre

About 4.5 km from the city centre of Anklam is the quiet apartment on the second floor, with an area of approximately 58 m². It consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom as well as a doorless broom closet. In addition, a small basement room is assigned to the apartment. For washed laundry there is both an outdoor laundry area and a drying storage space.

A garden was also provided to the owner free of charge, which he maintained until the end of 2024 and then no longer did so. He now wishes to let the garden be used free of charge as well. Garden-loving tenants with a “green thumb” would therefore be very welcome. However, this is NOT A REQUIREMENT.

The walls of the apartment are papered, the ceilings are also papered (with textured wallpaper) and painted white. In the living room, panels are mounted on the ceiling. The windows are made of white plastic, so they do not need to be painted. Blinds are installed at the windows – except in the kitchen, where curtains are present.

The bathroom floor is tiled, the living room floor is finished with laminate, the kitchen and the hallway have PVC in a tile look, and the bedroom is covered with loose carpet flooring. Lamps are still mounted in the rooms; they can continue to be used or, of course, replaced.

About the individual rooms:

Living Room:

The living room has a floor area of approximately 15.75 m². Here, the heating pipes are concealed, and there is the possibility to connect a satellite antenna.

Bedroom:

The bedroom covers an area of approximately 15.37 m². In the bedroom there is also an additional connection possibility for a (second) satellite antenna.

Living Kitchen:

The living kitchen, including a separate storage room with shelves, is approximately 12.90 m² in size and is therefore quite generously dimensioned. It includes a modern fitted kitchen with cabinets, a sink, an electric stove with a ceramic hob, an oven and an extractor hood, as well as a washing machine. Additionally, a round table with a diameter of approximately 92 cm and three chairs with brownish-gray upholstery and metal legs are available and can be provided free of charge.

Bathroom:

The bathroom has an area of approximately 4.44 m² and includes a steel bathtub with dimensions 1.60 x 0.70 m, a toilet, and a washbasin with a width of 55 cm. Here, the shaft containing the supply lines is located, along with the possibility to shut the water off.

Hallway and Broom Closet:

The hallway is nearly 5.80 m long and 1.39 m wide. From here, you also gain access to an approximately 1.58 m² doorless broom closet, which contains a small wardrobe and shelves.

Heating:

The heating for the entire house is operated with oil. The consumption is billed 30% based on the living area and 70% based on the meters attached to the radiators. In 2024, an investment was made in a modern oil condensing boiler, and in 2025, in an additional hot water storage tank.

Location:

The apartment is very quiet, situated away from federal highways in the small settlement of Görke, which belongs to the municipality of Postlow. From here, it is just 4.5 km to the city centre (market with town hall, shops, banks, and restaurants) of the resurgent Hanseatic town of Anklam, a medium-sized centre in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, and it is located directly in the Peene glacial valley.

Distances:

From Görke to the island of Usedom, it is 21 km, and to Greifswald, 39 km.

NOTES:

1. Electricity and garbage collection are NOT included in the additional costs.

2. The existing furniture (kitchen table and chairs) does not need to be taken over. They can be removed by arrangement.

3. Regarding parking: There are several parking spaces at the building that can be used by all residents. None of these spaces is permanently assigned to an apartment.

4. Regarding pets: “Small animals” are allowed.
