The bathroom is finished in white tiles with terracotta-colored floor tiles, and it includes a walk-in shower, a WC, and a sink with a base cabinet—all with underfloor heating. The bedroom is furnished with a 2 x 2 m bed and includes a new wardrobe. The living room contains a sofa bed. In front of the living room, there is a patio with a Weber grill. The terrace, which offers a view of the Tame and Wild Kaiser, is beautifully furnished.
A primary residence cannot be established at this property.
Optionally, a furnished sun deck with approximately 300 sqm of garden can be rented. Additionally, a storage room is available for rent.
As another option, we offer a second parking space for parking a motorhome or caravan (up to 7 m in length). Moreover, a garage for a car can also be rented.
