It is located on the second floor of a six-unit apartment building. This is a new construction, with first occupancy in December 2023.

The open and bright kitchen/dining and living area leads out to the balcony, which offers an unobstructed view over Simmern and the Hunsrück region. A fitted kitchen—including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and an extractor hood—was installed in 2023 and is part of the apartment. The monthly cost for the kitchen amounts to 50 €. Adjacent to the kitchen is also a storage room.

The spacious, tiled bathroom features a window and a large, level-access shower. It also accommodates both a washing machine and a dryer. The built-in mirrored cabinet is part of the furnishings.
