From January 1, 2026, we are offering for rent directly in Simmern a 90 m² four-room apartment with kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, complete with a terrace, parking space, and cellar storage. The penthouse is located on the top floor (third floor) of a multi-family house with six units. This is a new building, with its first occupancy in December 2023.

The kitchen/dining and living area is designed to be open and bright thanks to large windows, from which you can also access the spacious terrace boasting an unobstructed view over Simmern and the Hunsrück region.

A fitted kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic hob, and an extractor hood was installed in 2023 and is part of the apartment. The monthly cost for this amounts to €50.

The tiled bathroom features a window and a large, level shower. There is also space for a washing machine here. The built-in mirrored cabinet is also part of the equipment.

In addition, there is a bedroom and two more rooms that are suitable as a children’s room or office.
