The 4-room maisonette apartment in the attic consists of the living room with a staircase going upstairs, the bedroom accessible from it, the kitchen, an intermediary room that leads to the bathroom, another bathroom, the hallway, and one floor above a large attic room. One balcony is accessible from the living room and the bedroom, and a second balcony is accessible from the intermediary room.

In the upper section, there is an additional U-shaped room.

In the basement, the apartment includes a storage room along with a space for the washing machine in the laundry room.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Großhabersdorf in an upscale residential area. There is practically no traffic noise from the house. From Großhabersdorf, bus lines go to Nuremberg (including a nightliner), Roßtal (S-Bahn), and Heilsbronn/Neuendettelsau. On weekdays, a connection to Nuremberg is available about every half hour. In Großhabersdorf, all daily necessities are available. This is supplemented by a natural swimming pool, a Kneipp facility, and a cinema. There are also plenty of nursery and kindergarten places available for children on site.

The flooring in the lower part is laminate (with tiles in the bathrooms), while the upper part has carpet.
