Starting immediately (or later), we are renting out our well-maintained and high-quality equipped ground floor apartment in a modern bungalow.

Garden maintenance, waste disposal, and general upkeep are handled by the landlord – no winter or summer services are provided for the tenants.

There is an accessory apartment in the basement with a separate entrance (currently rented).

Additional Costs:

The additional costs are fixed at €300 per month and will remain unchanged for a maximum of two years. If gas prices continue to rise, a recalculation will be necessary.
