The sunny garden has not yet been landscaped.
The building is located right in the center, in the old town of Kerpen in a quiet setting. Kerpen offers excellent connections to the road network and public transportation. The motorway interchange A61/A4, the Cologne-Aachen-Holland federal railway, S-Bahn stations in Buir, Sindorf, Horrem, and various bus connections are all within easy reach.
