Dear prospective tenants,

I am looking, on behalf of a co-owner of the condominium (WEG), for new tenants for his bright, modern three-room apartment starting from October 1 (possibly earlier). The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house at Schönblick 14 in Hutthurm and is built in a so-called split-level style. Through the apartment entrance, you first enter a hallway from which you can access both the living/dining room and the kitchen. A staircase then leads you to the bedroom and the bathroom, which is on the half level above and is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. From the living room, you step out onto the large balcony (facing east).

The apartment also comes with a cellar storage room and a parking space in the underground garage. In addition, the building features its own laundry/drying room.

The apartment is situated in a relatively quiet yet conveniently located area on the outskirts of Hutthurm, above Fischhauser Straße in the direction of Ruderting. Grocery stores, a bakery, a butcher, a hairdresser, restaurants, a bus stop, etc. can be reached within a few minutes—even on foot. The school and kindergarten in Hutthurm are only one plot away, so young families with one or two children are especially welcome.

By car, it takes about 10 minutes via the B12 or about 15 minutes via the B85 to reach the entrance of Passau. The highway exit Aicha vorm Wald is reachable in just under 20 minutes. The current neighbors in the building are mainly younger or young-at-heart, uncomplicated individuals.

I would like to point out at this stage that, in accordance with the house rules, keeping dogs in the building is strictly prohibited – everything else can be discussed. Prospective tenants are, of course, expected to have excellent creditworthiness, which in particular means a steady income from employment along with an impeccable credit report (Schufa) and a favorable previous landlord reference.

- The full, correct name(s) of the applicants

- Their occupation (what? where? since when?)

- The reason for their apartment search
