The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) and spans the entire level. Dormer windows on all sides offer various views. On the cozy west-facing loggia, you can continue to enjoy the sun after work – and in summer, you can even sleep there.

Since we want you to truly feel at home with us, we have furnished the apartment completely and with great attention to detail – in a way that even we would love to live in it ourselves. Design objects, new and antique furniture complement each other and give the apartment an individual style.

When you move in, you only need to bring a suitcase with your personal belongings; everything else is provided.

Suitable for a single person or a couple. Non-smoking apartment.

No pets, as we want the apartment to remain allergen-free.

The all-inclusive rent is EUR 2,590. This amount covers all costs, such as heating, water, electricity, internet/telephone/TV, various fees, parking space, caretaker, etc. However, if the average German consumption for heating/water/electricity is exceeded, these additional costs will be charged.

The security deposit is EUR 4,000 (EUR 3,000 for a rental period of up to four months), and a cleaning fee of EUR 180 will be charged for the final cleaning. For rentals of one year or longer, a semi-annual interim cleaning is provided.

Heidelberg-Wieblingen is a former fishing and small farmer village on the Altneckar. As a place to live, it is becoming increasingly popular with families, students, and workers alike. Wieblingen is one of Heidelberg’s most important school locations and is home to many prominent companies.

From here, you can quickly reach everywhere: Heidelberg’s old town, the Neuenheimer Feld with the university campus and university hospitals, the Bahnstadt campus, the main train station, or enjoy a walk along the Neckar, which still follows its old course and is a nature reserve. Even Mannheim is nearly as quick to reach as Heidelberg’s city center.

CONNECTION / TRANSPORTATION

By bus, train, or bicycle, you are in the old town within 10 to 20 minutes. The Bike & Ride stop Wieblingen-Mitte is 450 meters away (RNV lines 5, 34, Moonliner), and another bus stop is 470 m away (line 35). One kilometer away is the S-Bahn station Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen, which offers free Park & Ride parking lots. From there, you can reach Mannheim’s main station within 15 minutes and Ludwigshafen-Mitte within 20 minutes. And within about 10 minutes by car, you can reach Mannheim City Airport – from which you can fly to Berlin or Hamburg in about one hour.
