The main house is not rented and remains in the owner’s possession.

Behind the building there is a paddock, which can be accessed via a large gate at the back of the barn and by its own driveway.

Surrounding pasture areas of approximately 3 hectares can be leased upon request.

In the adjoining building there is an approximately 45 m² granny flat that can also be rented for an additional cold rent of €300.00 if needed.

The stated monthly rent is a pure net cold rent/lease.

The riding stable is located on the outskirts of the municipality of Jemgum in the Holtgaste district.
