Our house was built by Baufritz (www.baufritz.com) and is a symbol of healthy, ecological living. We placed value on natural materials, certified building products, and a pleasant indoor climate. The exterior façade is made of larch, which never needs to be painted. The wood beam insulation keeps the house warm in winter and provides comfortable temperatures in summer. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of light into the house and offer a view of the garden with its mature trees.

On the ground floor, you enter a spacious entrance hall featuring a built-in cloakroom, a bench, and a mirror. Under the staircase, there is a shoe cabinet and additional storage space. This area also houses the technical room and storage room. A guest room with its own bathroom (equipped with a shower and bathtub) makes this area ideal for guests, teenagers, or an au pair.

On the first floor, the open living area awaits you. Here you will find a modern kitchen with built-in Miele appliances and a 90s stove with a retractable recirculation hood. A small utility room with another fitted kitchen offers extra storage space. Additionally, there is a dining room with a large window seat, a living room with a fireplace, a guest WC, and a second entrance door. Glass elements frame the free-standing oak staircase, making the space feel open and airy. From here, you can access the 3.50 m deep wooden terrace that runs along the side of the house.
