We would like to sell our inherited plot of land in Wahrenholz. According to the positive preliminary building inquiry, it can be divided into two buildable residential plots (800 and 1,061 m²) and an access alleyway (106 m²), as shown in the diagrams. Surveying and partitioning have not yet been carried out and are to be paid 50% each by the buyers. In the BVA, we assumed a common alleyway plot with access and utility easement rights for both residential plots. This alleyway plot would then be jointly owned by both parties and thus also purchased. The house building area specified in the BVA suggests that for the street-facing residential plot a semi-detached house with two 70 m² areas might be possible (see the last diagram). The rear building in the second row was queried with a building area of 9×12 m.

The plot is freely accessible on Gartenstraße, to the right of house numbers 6/8 in Wahrenholz-Weißenberge, and can be visited and entered at any time.

Wahrenholz-Weißenberge is an attractive residential area because both Wahrenholz and Wesendorf, with their shopping, cultural, and medical facilities, are easily accessible. In addition, a very beautiful, large, and publicly accessible garden—Opa Erny’s garden—has been created just 150 m from the plot with private funds, featuring, among other things, a café, farm shop, gastronomy, and playground. The rest of the neighborhood also appears very relaxed and harmonious.
