The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped. Unfortunately, the photos aren’t quite up-to-date—it has become even more attractive. As an extra, long-term tenants benefit from tasteful communal rooms upstairs, such as the garden hall, the fireplace room, the castle kitchen, the sauna with its wellness area, and a small fitness room.

In the castle park, maintained by the municipality of Wiesenburg, you can enjoy extensive walks and sometimes be accompanied by Milan and Fuchs.

The additional costs come to €550 (excluding electricity, though an internet/fiber connection is available). However, these additional costs also cover the salaries of two employees who lovingly maintain and manage the communal spaces.

Within walking distance of the apartment, there is an EDEKA supermarket, a bakery, and a Netto. Right outside the door, there’s an Italian restaurant in the “Schloss-Schänke.”

Wiesenburg’s train station is located at the opposite end of the castle park and can be reached in 30 minutes on foot or even faster by bicycle (a lockable bicycle room is available at the station). Public parking spaces are located directly in front of the apartment.
