The office space available for rent, featuring six attractive workstations, is located on the ground floor of this representative architectural icon, not far from KIT and downtown Karlsruhe. One flight of stairs down are the associated meeting area, a foosball table, a lounge zone, as well as a restroom and kitchenette. Entry is via a private entrance with its own mailbox and dedicated alarm zone. The small garden area is available for shared use and is the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch break.

We, as the main tenant, use the upper floors. We ideally prefer tenants from the IT, technology, or design sectors, including startups. Other industries are of course also welcome.
