In the popular Güntzelkiez, a new shared flat is being created in a spacious old building apartment that is currently being lovingly renovated and is expected to be ready for occupancy from November.

5 Rooms with Character

The apartment can be conveniently accessed via the elevator and offers five bright rooms of varying sizes – ranging from approximately 15 m² to 35 m². All rooms feature high-quality parquet flooring, high ceilings, and some even come with their own balcony. Each room is furnished and includes a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a suitable desk chair. The all-inclusive rent is between €600 and €850 per room, depending on the room size, including all additional costs, electricity, and internet.
