We rent out a room in a house with six other tenants. The entire house is equipped with furniture and appliances. The house is located in 77966 Kappel-Grafenhausen, near Europapark.

• Fully furnished room on the 1st upper floor, approximately 14.20 m² in size (please note: not an apartment)

• The basic rent is €320

• The flat-rate additional costs, including WLAN and electricity, amount to €140

• The total monthly rent is €460

• Shared shower and toilet

• A shared kitchen for 6 people

• Parking available

• Weekly service in the common areas: cleaning, waste and paper disposal, supply of toilet paper, kitchen rolls, paper towels in the bathroom, yellow bags, garbage bags, hand and dish soap

• Fitted kitchen with modern appliances: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.

• Personal refrigerators and storage cabinets

• Dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans

Please note:

• The room is rented to one person only. Multiple persons are not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed, as this is a shared apartment

• Security deposit: 3 x basic monthly rent (960 €)

• Personal liability insurance is required

The landlord takes care of the weekly cleaning in all common areas (except your room) and waste disposal. He also handles the regular supply of all the aforementioned items. These items and the service are included in the flat-rate additional costs.

Please note that you should bring your own duvet with pillows as well as bedding. The bed is 120 cm wide and 200 cm long. The mattress with a mattress cover is provided.
