The apartment faces south, and from its spacious, semi-circular balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the greenery of the Podvinní Park and the beautiful valley of the Rokytka stream (cycling path, sports and recreational use, etc.). The “Vysočanská” metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, and nearby there are schools, a kindergarten, a polyclinic/hospital

(3 minutes away), the Fenix shopping center, banks, schools and offices.

Inside, the apartment features a fully equipped, custom-built kitchen with appliances. It also includes a large wardrobe with a built-in closet and ample storage space.
