The apartment has been completely renovated, including all new appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, boiler, oven, etc.). The main room measures just under 22 m² and includes a storage room/closet.
Additionally, the apartment boasts a spacious, newly refurbished bathroom, with the advantage that it is separate from the toilet. In the surrounding area, you will find some of the best cafes and bistros in Prague. Although the apartment is located in the city center, the sports park U Vody, complete with a cycle path along the Vltava River, is only a two-minute walk away.
