You enter the left house and go through the vestibule into the very large entrance area of the houses. From here you can access all the rooms on the ground floor and, via a staircase, the upper floor.

Directly to the left after the vestibule is the kitchen, which still contains a high-quality fitted kitchen complete with appliances. The next room to your left is the large utility room, where you will have enough space for your washing machine, your dryer, and for a storage space or a workbench. From the utility room you can also access the small basement that houses a submersible pump. Following the utility room is the large bathroom with a toilet, a large washbasin, an XL bathtub, a shower, and daylight.

Straight ahead, you come to the large ground floor bedroom, which offers an exit onto the large terrace and garden.

Now, here are some bullet points regarding the items that were renewed by the in-laws after the purchase in 2017:

- The existing energy certificate unfortunately comes from the previous owner. When the houses were purchased in 2017, there were night storage heaters everywhere. The night storage heaters were replaced by a liquid gas central heating system, and consequently, all radiators in the entire property have been replaced. The tank is underground. A new energy certificate can be created based on the available invoices/consumption.

- On the ground floor, on the rear side of both houses, the windows/balcony doors were replaced and external electric shutters were installed.

- In the large bathroom (ground floor), a large shower was added.

- A fitted kitchen with high-quality appliances was installed.

- The fireplace was renewed.

- Fiber optic was connected.

- There is a large loggia.

- A new front door / security door was installed.

- The entire area behind the left house (terrace) has been covered with a high-quality roof.

- Two sheds were added.

In addition, at the rear of the property (south side) there is a large gate that allows access with your car, leading to a carport parking space. Furthermore, there is an additional parking space in front of the front door.
