The T.E.C. Erfurt shopping center offers numerous shopping opportunities and is only a 3-minute drive away.

A bus stop with good connections to Erfurt is just steps from the front door.

In Dittelstedt there is also a small beverage market, a greengrocer, and an Asian restaurant. A gas station with a small snack stand is located right at the village entrance.

The approximately 35 m² apartment has its own raised entrance and consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen, and a daylight bathroom. In February 2022, we completed the renovation including the installation of a new kitchen and furnished the apartment with brand new bamboo furniture. The rooms are bright but can also be darkened with the large curtains. A central element of the main room is a 1.60-meter-wide, comfortable bamboo bed with curtains. A 50-Mbit Wi-Fi connection is available, which is used by the new smart TV for streaming services and YouTube, and through which you can easily run data-intensive business applications on your notebook. You can work or relax on the sofa, armchair, or at the kitchen table. In the fully equipped fitted kitchen with a generously sized refrigerator/freezer, delicious meals can be prepared. The newly tiled bathroom is divided into two sections – first the sink with a mirror, and further back the toilet and the shower with a glass sliding partition.
