The offices are located in a high-rise building in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. The Rhine is easily accessible on foot.

Within approximately 100 meters, you reach Kaiserswerther Straße; at the corner, there is an underground station for lines U78/U79, offering a fast connection to Düsseldorf’s city center and the main train station. Several bus lines also stop nearby, including lines 834, 835, and 836.

Düsseldorf-Golzheim is a district in the north of Düsseldorf, situated directly on the Rhine. The district is characterized by a mix of residential areas and commercial properties, with many office buildings as well as a number of restaurants and shops.
