Each apartment features its own unique amenities. They all have their own bathroom with a bathtub including either a tub lift or a shower. In addition, every apartment has a kitchen of varying size, allowing for self-catering.

In the former coach house of Villa Felseneck, 7 new, modern 1-2 room apartments have been created, which are now being offered for first-time rental. Five apartments have already been permanently rented, and the remaining 2 available apartments can also be viewed by appointment.
