Soon, a partially furnished three-room holiday apartment with a beautiful balcony in the first upper floor/attic will be available in our building by arrangement. The apartment has approximately 30 m² of combined living/dining area with access to the breakfast balcony, an open kitchen, two small bedrooms, and a shower room. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area. The building is quiet and well maintained, located at a cul-de-sac, and most of the residents are aged 60 and over. The apartments in the building are used both as permanent holiday apartments—with subletting options for family and friends—and as second residences for long-term tenants, with the possibility (if interested) of registering as a primary residence for retirement purposes. Due to the age structure in the building, singles and couples over 50 are preferred. Both primary and secondary residences are permitted.

The location is a very quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by well-kept detached houses, mostly holiday homes. At the end of the cul-de-sac, three houses further on, you can access a country lane that leads, after 200 m to the right, to the beach and the beautiful seaside promenade with its excellent restaurants. A tennis court, playgrounds, boat rental, and even a dog beach are in the immediate vicinity. To the left, about 300 m away, is the Kellenhusen Forest with an exercise trail and animal enclosures. Good shopping opportunities, public transportation, a bus station, doctors, and a physiotherapy practice are all within walking distance.

This is an open-style attic apartment with sloping ceilings. It features an entrance area with a small cloakroom; the small but complete kitchen is open to the living area, making it ideal for 1–2 people, and pet-friendly. The bright living room transitions to the sleeping area via a niche used as a walk-in closet. Two small bedrooms with sloping ceilings branch off from this area, each offering space for two beds and a nightstand. The living area boasts an excellent southwest-facing balcony.

The apartment also includes a full shower room with daylight, a WC, and a hand-washing basin. A basement storage room belongs to the apartment, and a washing machine and dryer are available for common use.

Originally, the apartment was designed for holiday use for up to 4 people. Its initial furnishing included built-in wardrobes and custom-made furniture fitting the sloped ceilings—ideal and sufficient for a 14-day vacation. For long-term tenants, single persons, or couples who prefer to move in with minimal furniture, the apartment is also ideal as a primary residence. It is less suitable for those who wish to give up a larger residence and bring in a lot of large furniture. The apartment is currently rented partially furnished on an arranged basis. New flooring has been installed in all rooms, and the kitchen has been replaced. The minimum rental period is 24 months.
