Rental Conditions & Availability:
The rental is offered exclusively furnished, for a limited period, and as an interim or corporate rental in accordance with the legal requirements of the City of Hamburg. This is expressly NOT a tourist short-term rental. The rental period is a minimum of 3 months up to a maximum of 12 months. Registration at the residents’ registration office is, of course, possible and depending on the rental period, even mandatory.
The all-inclusive total rent already covers the surcharge for furnishings, equipment, inventory, and décor, garden use, a private carport parking space, as well as a flat-rate fee for all additional costs, including heating costs based on year-round use for a three-person household, cold and hot water including wastewater, GEZ and internet fees, electricity costs, and the tenant’s share of property tax. For use by a maximum of 4 persons, an additional operating cost surcharge amounting to 3% of the stated monthly flat-rate rent is applied.
