In addition to high ceilings, light-filled rooms, stucco details, and beautiful parquet floors, you’ll appreciate the successful mix of old and new reflected in all the meeting rooms, the conference room in the winter garden, and even the kitchen.

The fully equipped fitted kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a delicious homemade lunch, and if you feel like it, you can even take up the cooking spoon.

In this kitchen—with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, and, of course, the delicious Italian espresso machine (our beloved Rocket)—every detail has been considered. The combination of a modern bar counter with vintage Art Nouveau tables and chairs creates a uniquely charming atmosphere.

Our offices are available, upon request, with high-quality USM furniture, offering a work environment where creativity and productivity can flourish.

In addition to your exclusively available rooftop terrace, you can also use the large community garden, where a grill, tables and chairs, a lounge area, and many other amenities are set up to make working in the summer even more enjoyable.
