We are selling our passion project because our current life circumstances no longer allow us to continue. The house has been gutted. The walls—except for the Trovkenbau—have been plastered with clay. The screed, including 120 m² of underfloor heating, has been redone along with all the other installations. The electrical wiring has also been newly installed. As the photos show, the construction work is not yet finished, but we have already overcome the worst part.

The first floor is completely adaptable for further development, and the attic can also be finished, making it possible to create an additional 250 m² of living space. We have already prepared two bedrooms with new windows and a bathroom upstairs.

The new gas boiler has not yet been connected, so you could still opt for an alternative heating system; given that of the 160 m², 120 m² are equipped with underfloor heating, a solar-powered heat lamp would also work well.

The roof has been entirely re-covered. All of the windows, except for the small bathroom window and one bedroom window, have been replaced with new ones. The wooden entrance door is also new.

It is 900 meters to the Schaproder Bodden and 1,500 meters to the Schaproder harbor. In Schaprode, you will find restaurants, a farm shop, and a kindergarten.
