The house from the 1960s was fitted with full thermal insulation and new windows with insulating glazing in 1996. The facade was repainted in 2010. The apartment was extensively renovated for owner occupancy in 2008. New doors with light inserts/security glass, flooring, new electrical installations, and a completely retiled bathroom (with natural stone flooring [Blue Pearl granite], a towel radiator, and an aluminum mirrored cabinet) were installed. Porcelain with Keratect coating (soil-repellent) was also used. In 2013, high-quality laminate (Class 23/32) was laid in the living room and the bedroom.
