Výhoda Lelekovic je naprostý klid, dům hned u lesa, perfektní místo pro vyjížďky na kole a přitom je to 15 minut autem do centra nebo 20 minut vlakem. Jezdí sem MHD, autobus 41, jezdí sem rozjezdy. Máme 2 obchody,
U domu je garáž a posezení pod pergolou. Možnost mít nějaký záhonek, pokud budete chtít (nebo se nechá trávník, to už je na budoucím nájemci).

I am offering two apartment units (2-room flats) for rent, sized 40 m² and 50 m², in a completely renovated building in Lelekovice.
The advantage of Lelekovice is its absolute tranquility – the building is right by the forest, making it a perfect spot for cycling trips, while still being just a 15-minute drive to the center or 20 minutes by train. Public transport is available (local buses, bus 41, and mini-buses), and there are two shops nearby.
There is a garage at the building along with an outdoor seating area under a pergola. There is also the option to have a small garden bed if you wish (or you can leave it as a lawn – that choice is up to the future tenant).
The larger apartment features new Romotop fireplace stoves, so it is perfectly feasible to heat solely from the fireplace – the apartment will warm up without any issues.
Both apartments are still in the finishing stages; the kitchen units will be installed at the beginning of October, meaning the apartments should be ready for move-in by mid-October (assuming you don’t want to live without a kitchen).
Both apartments will be fully furnished – the larger one even includes (or will include) a dishwasher.
