Sorgenlos is a district of Peenehagen, in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The municipality is administered by the Amt Seenlandschaft Waren, based in the town of Waren (Müritz). Sorgenlos is located in the wooded area north of Waren and west of Torgelower See.
The district covers an area of almost five thousand square kilometers and is home to more than 258,000 people. Since 2019, an intercity line has connected Warnemünde and Rostock via Waren with Berlin and Dresden every two hours.
