In the attic of a former village pub, a very atmospheric apartment has been built on several floor levels. Along the entire width of the gable, there is a balcony approximately 2 m wide, partly covered and sheltered by two old lime trees. The apartment comes with a carport and a shed.

Bissee is located near Bordesholm in a very picturesque area. Friendly neighbors, no through traffic, no new housing developments, but beautiful hiking trails around the lake, a good restaurant, and plenty of peace and quiet.

Visible half-timbering, low beams, oak wood floors, and carpet. All the rooms flow into one another; for sleeping, there is the option of a loft directly under the roof ridge. The sloping ceilings are already present, so people taller than 1.85 m should seek alternatives. Access is via an exterior staircase leading to the balcony. In short, it is very charming for lovers of unique dwellings and for fans of Bauhaus design.

The heating system was renewed in 2022. Currently, the single apartment is maintained with about 150 euros for heating and 50 euros for additional costs.
