Since the apartment has only one shower and one toilet, it is not suitable for large families or multiple persons.

Please note that pets are not permitted in this apartment.

The Apartment

From now on (or later) we are renting out our well-maintained and high-quality furnished ground-floor apartment in a modern bungalow.

The apartment was completely renovated and modernized in 2015 and impresses with a well-thought-out room concept as well as many comfort details:

Air conditioning is located in the center of the apartment.

Television is only possible via Internet TV.

Own terrace in the garden, with shared use of the barbecue area

Garden maintenance, waste disposal, and general tasks are taken care of by the landlord – no winter or summer service for the tenants.

Additional Costs

The additional costs are fixed at a flat rate of €300 per month and will remain unchanged for a maximum of two years. If gas costs continue to rise, a recalculation will be necessary.
