The Apartment
From now on (or later) we are renting out our well-maintained and high-quality furnished ground-floor apartment in a modern bungalow.

Television is only possible via Internet TV.

Garden maintenance, waste disposal, and general tasks are taken care of by the landlord – no winter or summer service for the tenants.

Additional Costs
The additional costs are fixed at a flat rate of €300 per month and will remain unchanged for a maximum of two years. If gas costs continue to rise, a recalculation will be necessary.
